This is a space for women reclaiming their confidence, identity, beauty, pleasure and power — without apology.
Inspired by the spirit of Aphrodite herself, the platform blends humour, honesty, storytelling and shared experience with a fresh, modern take on midlife and reinvention.
If the goddess of love and beauty were navigating hot flushes, hormonal chaos, shifting identity, career pressure, invisible labour and the relentless pace of modern life…
She wouldn’t disappear.
She’d adapt. She’d laugh. She’d reinvent herself.
Too often, menopause is spoken about in whispers — clinical, isolating, or wrapped in shame. Aphrodite Reimagined was created to offer something different:
a warm, supportive and uplifting space where women can speak openly, laugh loudly, share honestly and feel less alone.
This is not about “anti-ageing.”

A big hello from Sarah (aka Aphrodite)
Hello and thank you for visiting Aphrodite Reimagined.
I am Sarah – (alias Aphrodite) the founder of Aphrodite Reimagined.
A little about me
After working and travelling around the world most of my life, I have reached the age of 62 and thinking now what?
My background is in hospitality, so always being surrounded by work colleagues and guests, there was never a shortage of someone to share a story with or to discuss and solve a challenge or two.
How it started
The moment it all clicked was one evening earlier in 2026, while sharing a vino with a friend, we started to chat on our erks of the menopause and how the relationship with our partners has changed.
And that was my lightbulb moment, as women we discuss these and many other topics openly with our girlfriends, whether its over a coffee, a video call or even a vino.
With this in mind I realised there was no where for women to share their experiences, their erks and their concerns if they were having a dark day,
Why Aphrodite Reimagined exists
Hence this is how Aphrodite Reimagined was created – The idea is so every women around the globe can click onto Aphrodite Reimagined which is a safe, supportive, empathetic, website with a strong sense of community to get inspiration from the experiences and stories that other women have kindly shared.

On the site there are a few different articles including a couple that share the lighter side of the menopause, which will bring a smile to your face and even a laugh out loud moment.
