First of all a big hello and thank you for looking at Aphrodite Reimagined. I am Sarah – (alias Aphrodite ) the founder of Aphrodite Reimagined.
A little about me
After working and travelling around the world most of my life, I have reached the age of 62 and thinking now what ?
My background is in hospitality, so always being surrounded by work colleagues and guests, there was never a shortage of someone to share a story with or to discuss and solve a challenge or two.
The moment it all clicked
One evening a couple of months ago, while sharing a vino with a friend we started to chat on our erks of the menopause and how the relationship with our partners has changed.
And that was my lightbulb moment, as women we discuss these and many other topics openly with our girlfriends, whether its over a coffee, a video call or even a vino. With this in mind I realised there was no where for women to share their experiences, their erks and their concerns if they were having a dark day,
Why Aphrodite Reimagined exists
Hence this is how Aphrodite Reimagined was created – The idea is so every women around the globe can click onto Aphrodite Reimagined which is a safe, supportive, empathetic, website with a strong sense of community to get inspiration from the experiences and stories that other ladies have kindly shared.
What you’ll find here
On the site there are a few different articles including a couple that share the lighter side of the menopause, which will bring a smile to your face and even a laugh out loud moment.

A note from Sarah
The site is brand new so it’s baby steps at the moment, but I know it will grow and I have a few other ideas along the way to share with you all.
